Do I need SAP?
No. SAP is optional. OpsDeck360 can process any CSV files — including exports from other systems or Excel.

Yes. OpsDeck360 is designed for on-site use (offline/edge). It can run locally and remains reliable even where Wi-Fi or internet is not stable on the shopfloor. Cloud is not required — it is only optional.
Do I need new IT infrastructure?
No. OpsDeck360 runs on-site (offline/edge). No cloud requirement, no large server rollout. Network access is only optional for data transfer.
How is sensitive data protected?
Sensitive operational data stays on-site and does not need to be transferred to an external cloud. This keeps data ownership at your plant. In addition, OpsDeck360 supports clear roles and permissions so users only see and edit what is relevant to their task.
Which devices can run OpsDeck360?
OpsDeck360 is designed for Windows 10/11 and runs on PC, notebook and tablet. This allows use in the office as well as directly in the warehouse or in maintenance on-site — including touch-friendly use on tablets.

Both. Warehouse processes and work orders can be imported, processed and reported back via CSV.
